Kimberley has been at the forefront of social media since its inception. As a communications consultant, she recognised the business value of integrating these exciting new communication platforms with traditional public relations. Specialising in social media, she worked with boutique and global public relations consultancies in Melbourne and Sydney, and led the social media strategy and implementation for a major cinema brand in Australia and New Zealand.

As a digital and social media specialist, Kimberley has developed strategies, implemented and directed campaigns and has been at the frontline of community management. She has managed the change for businesses moving online with consultation and implementation of systems and processes, resources, social media and digital tools and platforms, data analysis and content creation.

Kimberley has presented at seminars and run education and training workshops. She has worked with government agencies, corporations and not-for-profit organisations in a variety of industries including media and entertainment, technology, lifestyle, hospitality, health, professional services and consumer franchise businesses. She embraces opportunities to educate and train other team members, teaching them the skills required to grow the online presence of brands and organisations.

Kimberley is passionate about empowering people with the knowledge and skills to change the way they think about communications, and to change the way they do business with new digital and social media capabilities. She is also completing her Graduate Diploma in Counselling to delve further into understanding human behaviour.
